Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when and how you may obtain a refund for purchases of engles Pass sold by Walkingman (Business Registration No. 7500703149). engles Pass is a digital product for which access instructions are delivered by email following a one-time payment. This policy forms part of our Terms of Service.

Payment & Refund Processor. Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Paddle. You may submit a refund request by emailing support@engles.co.kr or by using the support link in your Paddle purchase receipt.

1. 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

So you can start with confidence, if you are not satisfied with engles Pass you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Approved refunds are generally processed to the original payment method within 14 days of approval.

2. Delivery of Digital Content and Right of Withdrawal

engles Pass is digital content for which access instructions are provided immediately upon payment. Where a statutory right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) applies under applicable law, that right may not apply once the buyer has consented at the time of purchase to the immediate commencement of digital content delivery and the content has been made available. This does not affect the 14-day satisfaction guarantee above, or your rights where the content is defective or does not conform to what was described (see below).

3. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email support@engles.co.kr from the address used at purchase, or use the support link in your Paddle receipt.
  2. Include your order number and the reason for your refund request.
  3. We will review your request with Paddle and respond within approximately 2–3 business days.

4. Non-Delivery or Defective Content

If your access instructions do not arrive, are unusable, or do not match what was described — we will make it right with a resend or a full refund. Please contact support@engles.co.kr and we will resolve the issue promptly.

5. Refund Eligibility and Exceptions

All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. A refund may be declined where there is evidence of abuse, fraudulent use, or violation of our Terms of Service. Nothing in this policy limits any statutory refund or withdrawal rights guaranteed under applicable consumer protection law.
